| This 20-year-old office building was in dire need of some roof work. However the new owner was unsure of the building’s fate. With no tenant and a sizable investment that needed to be protected, the owner needed a low cost roof system. After an infrared moisture survey performed by our sister company determined all was good to go, a new EPDM (rubber) roof was installed over top of the existing roof. |
